Also known as Great Seal Island. It is approximately 920 to 1,000 acres. This island is roughly 20 miles off shore at the southern tip of Nova Scotia.
It contains approximately 20 homes and a year round sheep operation. The entire island is available less a portion owned by the Government on Canada and a small parcel and several homes retained by the former owners and inhabitants of the island.
A deed right of first refusal to this one small private land holding is available along with the purchase of the majority of the island.
